Since its first edition, Coutellia, lets you discover the art of cutlery through events and hundreds of exhibitors from all over the world. From the demonstration of forging to the sharpening of knives and the manufacture of corkscrews, Coutellia has immersed you for years in a universe of know-how and cutlery tradition.

In 2022, for the first time in the world, a team-based competition was organized around the art of forging and Damascus steel. The Damascus World Championship returned for the 32nd edition of Coutellia, held on May 20 and 21, 2023. In 2025, for its 34th edition, held on May 17 and 18, Coutellia once again showcased this prestigious international team forging contest.
