The CCI of Puy-de-Dôme with the support of its partners does every effort for the organization of the festival Coutellia while respecting the instructions of the french’s state. To meet again at this cutlery annual meeting, we have made the choice to maintain the usual organization of the festival and to accept the rules for all.

These rules are present and must be respected to allow the running of the festival.

Health Pass (except spectators aged 11 and under)

Health Pass: According to the decree of 16 July 2021, the test or vaccination certificates must be presented in France for the places and activities subject to the health pass on the French territory for all exhibitors and visitors from 12 years.

The pass must prove one of the three following items:

That you are fully vaccinated (with an EMA-approved vaccine):
- Two weeks after the second shot for two-shot vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
- Four weeks after the shot for one-shot vaccines (Johnson & Johnson);
- Two weeks after the shot for vaccines administered to people who have already had COVID-19 (only one dose is necessary).
OR that you have been tested (PCR or antigen) with a negative result within the last 72hrs;
OR that you have recovered from COVID-19, attested by a positive PCR or antigen test result, at least 15 days and no more than 6 months old.

Is it required to present a health pass to access the festival ?

Yes, a valid health pass will be required for people over the age of 11.

Is wearing a mask required in the festival?

You don’t need to wear a mask in places where a health pass is required.

Is there a visitor capacity limited due to the situation?

No, we don’t have a visitor capacity limited due to the situation.

Will there be bars and restaurants in the festival?

Yes, these spaces will only be outdoors.
